6. RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS
In consideration of the assurance by the Illinois Gaming Board ("Board") that no vote on this Application will be taken
except after a deliberate investigation of the Applicant, the Applicant and its owners identified in this Application
do for themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, assigns, agents, beneficiaries, and any other
person or entity that has or may have an interest in this Application and the Video Gaming Operation referred
to therein, hereby release, remise, and forever discharge the State of Illinois, the Board, its members, agents,
and employees, from any and all manner of actions, causes of action, suits, debts, judgments, executions, claims
and demands whatsoever, known or unknown, in law or equity, which the Applicant and its owners identified
in this Application ever had, now have, may have, or claim to have against any or all of said entities or individuals
arising out of or by reason of the processing or investigation of or other action relating to the Application.
I, the duly authorized agent of the Applicant and its owners identified in this Application, have read this Release
of all Claims and understand its terms. On behalf of and in accordance with the instructions of the Applicant
and its owners identified in this Application, I execute this Release of all Claims with full knowledge that they will be bound hereby.
